Faerch wins Circular Design Award

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Rethink Award 2023 in the Netherlands for Circular Design for our Evolve by Faerch trays!
The Rethink Award is an award initiated by the NRK, the Dutch Rubber and Plastics Industry Association, which represents the interests of around 400 companies grouped in 16 industry associations.
The judging panel reported:
“With a new recycling process for PMD PET trays, the food-safe granulate can be used to make new PET food packaging from mono-material. For the jury, this is a textbook example of closing the loop, putting Faerch at the forefront of the move towards a circular economy”.
As the world’s only integrated food tray-to-tray recycler, Faerch is committed to creating circularity in food packaging and we are proud to receive the Rethink Award in recognition of this.
